Excellent villa and location.
Very clean.
A relatively new property very clean and modern and great roof terrace and pool for a quick dip to cool off. Good WiFi well equipped. Staff very attentive, communication very promptly and gave link to local information and dealt with us at short notice after a let down from booking. Com. Nice welcome pack including fruit , tea coffee milk which was great for our late night arrival. Provided beach towels as well as bath towels. Great air con. And house alarmed if you want to use it. A great property.Has everything you need so only very minor suggestions for improvement really which are perhaps extra pillows for beds as only one each person and a couple more utensils for kitchen eg wooden spoons and perhaps in the future a bbq would be great for the terrace but all in all a wonderful property so nothing you could dislike
Pleasant home
The property is on a corner and overlooks a wide avenue with a walking area of greenery in the middle. The area is very quiet. The car can be parked in the driveway (behind the gate), but there is also plenty of space on the street. The promenade and the beach are less than a 5-minute walk away. Supermarket Dia (fresh bread and fish) is also within walking distance. Other supermarkets a 3-minute drive away. By the way, Los Alcazares is a convenient base to explore the area by bike. The equipment of the house is generous with even a tumble dryer, plenty of cushions for the garden furniture on the roof terrace, a mobile bbq, extra beach chairs and (Dutch-language) books. Kitchen herbs and detergents are available. Comfortable beds and soft bedding. Fast, stable wifi. Very clean, well maintained and furnished with an eye for detail. Contact with Jan Robbrecht was pleasant and smooth, quick response. We stayed 4 weeks in february/march.
