We hope this message finds you well and excited for your upcoming holiday let! We wanted to provide you with some important information regarding the key collection and directions to your booked property.

Key Collection:

You can collect the keys for your holiday let from our office starting from 15:00 (3:00 PM). The keys will be conveniently placed in a key box. You can find the key box at our office, located at Avenida Del Ferrocarril 60, 30710 Los Alcazares. You will be notified the day of your arrival <ith further details and code to collect your keys.

Property Address:

The address of the property you have booked is Calle Dolores 8, in Roda, San Javier. To ensure a smooth arrival, we have provided directions within the community.

To open the community door, please use the blue key chain and hold it against the keypad located on the lefty side of the community door. Upon entering the communal gate, please go straight untill you reach the building you see in front of you and make a left and proceed. You will pass the elevators and pass a gate that is unlocked. Continue till the end of the hallway. Your apartment is located on the right-hand side with door number 1.

WIFI CODE:

You will find login details at the property

NO SMOKING:

Inside the property it is NOT allowed to smoke. It is allowed to smoke on the terrace.

BEACH:

When coming from the beach, we would kindly ask you to take a shower by the pool first, to remove excess sand before entering the flat. Sand getting into the sofa or beds is almost impossible to remove and can cause permanent damage or inconvenience to subsequent tenants.
