Beds are made upon arrival, and fluffy towels are provided. A sea view from your bed is the perfect way to wake up and relax. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.New, fully equipped kitchen. Dining and cooking utensils for 4 people, induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle. Cozy living room with balcony, air conditioning, sofa bed, television, round dining table with 4 chairs. Large roof terrace with sun loungers, parasol, storage space with beach toys, and a BBQ!

The immediate area offers plenty of variety and experiences. Just a few kilometers away, the popular La Zenia Boulevard shopping center is perfect for a day of shopping, dining, and enjoying live music or events. Discover the charm of atmospheric cities like Murcia and Cartagena, and enjoy a unique tour of the one and only Licor 43 factory, including a delicious tasting!
For the active ones there are plenty of options: rent jet skis, go SUP, kitesurfing or take a boat trip on the Mar Menor. Nature lovers can indulge in the beautiful salt lakes, spot flamingos and hike or cycle through the unspoiled natural areas of San Pedro del Pinatar.
