The private swimming pool is the heart of the ground floor. Take a dip whenever you like, find a sunny spot to relax or sit down for lunch or dinner on the terrace. Thanks to the heated pool, you can enjoy a swim even outside the peak summer season.

But there’s more. Take the stairs up to the spacious rooftop terrace, where you’ll discover a completely different atmosphere. The pergola provides a lovely shaded spot to sit and relax. With a comfortable lounge and dining area, it’s the perfect place to end the day together with a drink, a leisurely meal or simply good conversation.

Inside, comfort has been carefully considered too. The villa has a fresh, modern interior and everything you need for both short and longer stays.

The living room overlooks the pool and features a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, as well as a Nespresso coffee machine perfect for a relaxed start to the day.

The master bedroom has its own TV and direct access to the private balcony overlooking the park. It's a lovely spot to wake up with a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy some quiet time outdoors before the day comes to an end.

Travelling with children? The villa is well suited to families. A baby cot and high chair are available on request, making it easy for even the youngest guests to feel at home.
